A clear path from first message to finished documents or practice sessions — so you know what happens before you commit.

Brief
You write with the role family, cities or regions you can work in, and which consultation you need. We reply within two business days with fit, timing, and fee confirmation.

Intake
Share current CV materials, two or three target job ads, and notes on licences, warehouse systems, or shift constraints. For interview prep, include the interview date and stage.

Working session
Dossier work happens as written markup plus a short call. Strategy and interview packages use live sessions by video or at the Tempelhof office.

Your edits
You apply the rewrite plan in your own voice. We stay available for clarifying questions during the package window.

Close-out
One revision round for dossier and profile packages, or a written debrief after interview practice. You leave with materials ready to send or answers ready to reuse.
What we need from you
Honest employment history, realistic geography, and time to revise between our markup and your submission. We cannot invent warehouse experience you do not have — and we will not dress unrelated work as logistics experience.
