Refunds and cancellations
Rules for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on application support consultations.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Dataanalyticsfusion for confirmed consultations listed on this site. There are no physical products or software subscriptions to return.
Cancellation timeframe
Cancel a scheduled live session (strategy or interview prep) at least 48 hours before the agreed start time for a full refund of that session fee. Cancellations inside 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, or you may reschedule once within 30 days at no extra charge.
Dossier and profile packages
If you cancel after paying a deposit but before we begin markup, we refund the deposit in full. Once markup has started — meaning we have opened your documents and begun written edits — the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you cancel after full delivery of the first markup draft, no refund applies for work already completed; unused revision rounds are not cashed out.
No-shows
Missing a live session without notice is treated as a late cancellation. The session fee is non-refundable; a replacement session may be offered at our discretion for an additional fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a live session once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to adviser availability. Further reschedules may require a small administrative fee confirmed in writing.
Work already started
Partial refunds for dossier packages are assessed case by case when only part of the package has been delivered. As a guide, completion of intake and first markup typically accounts for most of the package value.
Refund process and timing
Email info@dataanalyticsfusion.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session or cannot deliver a confirmed package for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice. Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where they apply.
